From the balcony and the garden the eye runs over the hills to the villages perched on the hilltops. Early in the morning the mist settles in the valleys and the bell towers rise from the white: the show Monferrato puts on at almost every dawn.

As the sun drops behind the vine rows, on request we lay out a Piedmontese aperitivo, generous with local produce: hand-cut beef tartare, vitello tonnato, cured meats and cheeses, green sauce, grissini and a glass of Monferrato. From €20 per person.
