The day begins gently. A real breakfast, made of local produce: Camagna honey, fresh bread, and the good things of our hills.

Our breakfast room has a character of its own: a herringbone terracotta floor, small green-marble tables on brass bases, chairs in dusty-rose velvet, and a wall of playful art plates — surreal black-and-white faces that make you smile. Through the tall windows, floral curtains frame the garden and the old fig tree.
On the buffet, every morning: fresh fruit and berries, croissants and brioche, local bread, eggs, cured meats, butter, honey and jams; coffee from the French press or moka, loose-leaf tea, orange juice. And, for special mornings, a bottle chilling in the ice bucket.
Served in the breakfast room, 8:00–10:00 am.
We are in the Monferrato Casalese, a land of wine and good food.
